"I booked two rooms for my family and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 4 PM, left for a few hours to take the kids to a birthday party, came back around 8 PM, and by 10 PM we were already checking out. Both rooms were clearly not cleaned properly. There were leftover items in the refrigerator, hair in the tub, and hair all over the bathroom door like someone had just blow-dried their hair. One of the toilets didn’t even flush. When you’re traveling with kids, basic cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from a hotel. We barely stayed two hours before deciding it was better to leave than keep our family in rooms that looked like housekeeping skipped them completely. Definitely not the experience I expected when booking two rooms."

"The room had a very strong smell, so we had to get air fresheners, and the window was taped up. The carpet wasn't clean, and I also had to wipe everything down with cleaning spray. The microwave was outside the room, but what would I expect because it’s a truck stop style sleeping arrangement. However, the staff was friendly and prompt. When you asked them to clean something or provide something, they were just as prompt. It’s difficult to provide a great experience in structure that needs to be remodeled, so kudos to the staff and thank you for doing the best with what you had to deal with. To the ownership, I suggest you go get a loan against the value of the property and start renovating because you’re only providing the most basic necessity for someone to sleep. Use the bathroom, shower and quickly leave the premises."
