Great location on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Nothing but a path to cross before the beach and the ocean. The views from the top floor ocean front suite and the rooftop terrace are amazing. Made to feel very welcome at check-in by a lady ( I think it was Abbi ) who enthused about Venice Beach. Everything was clean. The only thing is that soft furnishings etc were a little worn. Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.

Brilliant stay, the room was clean, tidy and provided with a coffee machine, safe and all the bits you could want for a comfortable stay. The shower was amazing. The balcony and view was a great addition, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again

Excellent hotel! We were upgraded to a suite, which was stunning! The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We stayed at 6 hotels on our family California trip this was the only one that measured up to the images on expedia. The hotel is near busy roads but we couldn't hear a thing in our room despite the suite having at least six large windows and wrapping round the side of the building.

Lovely and clean rooms along with common areas. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great. In a nice, safe neighbourhood which was only around $15 in an uber to get into Santa Monica. Would stay again if in the area

A real hidden gem. Hotel was beautiful and you feel a million miles away from the side of the freeway. Staff were helpful. Hotel was clean. Would stay again.
