The hotel was located very close to the train and bus station in a nice quiet street. It was about a 10 minute walk to city centre. The room was clean. The beds are comfortable and you don't hear other people. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating when we asked if we could store our things for a few hours after checkout. The road is a little noisy when the window is open but you can use the aircon to keep the room cool. The window also has an outside blind which can be put down. Short distance to Haarlem centre.

It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

Very convenient, 10 minute walk from one station, 5 min from another. 2 supermarkets & a pharmacy on the corner. Can leave your luggage before & after check in/out. Staff are amazing, lovely & helpful. Had a bit of a surprise late one night when i started my period, one of the staff members must have given me some of her own products, a lifesaver! Ive had such a lovely week here, just the place to come back and relax after a long day out and about!

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location.
