The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.

Great hotel with what it effectively its own private beach. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. It really was amazing and we had a great time. It could be a bit quiet at night and there isn't much else around - although if you walk left along the beach there is a beach shack and another hotel both doing excellent food but at much cheaper rates (and the drinks are much cheaper too). The price of food and drink is extremely expensive by Indian standards, but fairly standard for UK...

Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

Excellent stay

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...

Check in was unique, very personalized and not your usual "here's your room key and there are the elevators". We received a cold sweet drink and cold towels which was most welcoming, and were sat down in reception and everything was explained including upgrade options. The staff are very well trained, and provide a great experience. The quality continued throughout our stay. Diwa wing was nice with its own little reception. Very impressed with this property. First time to Goa and India. Other than slow service getting lunch, this property exceeded all of my expectations. Beautifully maintained and close to a beautiful beach. Im not sure if its a seasonal issue but there were thousands of dead jellyfish on the beach and in the water which affected the whole coastline so not sure if they were poisonous or not so didnt risk going into the sea in case they were. Bear in mind there is little else around this property...

I would reccommend this hotel to everyone, not sure how it is only a 3 star should be 4*. The manageress was so helpful and curtious as were the hotel staff. They catered for all our needs and went above and beyound to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and i will definately be using this hotel again. Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

The service was superb, the staff was very nice, cooperative, running short of words to praise them, the property was clean, everything thing in the stay was amazing

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.

Stunning location just steps from the beach, super helpful and attentive staff, nice pool area and bar. Honestly would definitely be back! The only thing I would say is that the restaurant could offer more choices or serve different cuisine on different days but we ate at the restaurants on the beach (1 min walk) and it was great! Breakfast was great here

nice hotel but no wifi in rooms , while booking your site said the wifi avalable in rooms but wifi was not avalable in room.

It's a great one stop property if you want to camp here for few days with family and just enjoy views, play, food and beach with family. Awesome experience

Had a really pleasant stay at Relux Holiday Home. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Madgaon market is just a 10-minute walk, so great for shopping. Overall, nothing negative to say — everything was genuinely good.

the hotel is no different than what you see. staff are friendly and courteous at all times. wish they had more itemsin their menu. if u want a complete different experience of Goa with peace you need to.stay here . it is in south goa, so far away from party places like Baga n Calangute. but one of the best stay ever
