We took a 2 day houseboat from Alleppey booked through the resort (beware of cheaper houseboats that will disappoint you) and had the experience of a lifetime. It was simply amazing to be able to experience and share the daily lives of the people who live by the backwaters. Our onboard chef catered for all our needs and was always going that extra mile. When we docked at the Resort the 5* service continued.Everyone should do this - you will never regret this journey. I would however suggest...

"An Enjoyable Stay in a Family-Friendly Hotel" Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms in total. We unanimously agreed that it was a truly enjoyable experience. Firstly, the rooms were impressively spacious, allowing us ample space to relax and unwind after our daily excursions. Despite the building itself showing a bit of age, this in no way detracted from the comfort or functionality of our accommodations. One of the standout...

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean and decorated. Very comfy bed, best shower! amazing pool, Fantastic food, excellent customer service. The ady pn reception particularly helpful. I loved it, it was a gorgeous place. easy booking of airport transfer. Only negative is over pricing of services. Breakfast was expensive, and laundry was hugely expensive (in comparison to other hotels in the area). Far away from tourist areas, but can book a rickshaw / taxi. we got the bus and ferry which...

We liked the ambiance of this hotel, all the staff were very professional and welcoming the minute you walk in,the surrounding cleanliness, food choices and variety of breakfast and the head chef NIKHIL is always there to help and make you the dishes of your choice provided you let him know day or two, otherwise overall very very good.definately recommend it.5/5

We stayed four nights and had an amazing time. Sindhu looked after us and we did the daily boat trip and made use of the bikes to explore the area. The room was lovely and shower powerful and hot. Saila In the restaurant was so lovely always helpful and always smiling nothing was too much trouble for her thank you. Ayyappan the pool man made sure we had towels and also arranged the kayaking for us and was very helpful and friendly man. We had a wonderful stay here and can not recommend the hotel...

The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We loved this hotel, great! Staff were all really polite and attentive without being overbearing. Good location, easy to get Tuk tuks everywhere. Pool very pleasant during the day.

Its an amazing hotel tucked away facing the lake. I loved the Aapams and the Mini Fishing Net. The facilities needed to be updated such as A/C & The Shower Head However it was a peaceful environment and the one room house boat was stunning

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

This is a perfect location for a Indian romantic getaway. The houseboat station is right outside.

All the facilities and setup is extremely good!!! Only downside is the staff in Restaurant area.. That needs to be more groomed to handle guests, they lack spark in response or our while taking orders.. It got annoying sometimes.. Simple order for cold water was difficult to place..

Loved the privacy of the cottage and the hospitality of the staff. The added brownie points were the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon! That's definitely something to look forward to. Otherwise, kitchen staff were not that great, we got some burnt rotis and found a hair in a curry. But the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Nice experience. Staff is good. Breakfast served was tasty. Location convenient.
