Great location to explore Varna. Very close to good restaurants and places to get local beer. It was very convenient having the washing machine and also the kitchen/diner too so we could eat in if we wanted. Very quiet location. Handy little supermarket closeby too.

Brought my elderly parents and our young boys for a holiday. Great fun at the beach for the boys and good food for my parents to enjoy. mOdus hotel was recommended by our friend who is from Varna. We normally stay at international hotels like Hilton or Intercontinental so was a bit worried about the standard but I'd happily rate it five star. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

This was our 3rd stay and was nice to see some of the same friendly staff from previous visits. Check in was very quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival. The vie from the 9th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only small thing I would add is that the hotplate food at breakfast could have been hotter. I used the spa and pool area most days and found it was kept clean with good facilities. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

Location is perfect but what's better is the amazing service received from the staff. Very hospitable and kind, let us check in ealier without any trouble and supported us. 15 mins walk to the street and 5 mins walk from high street. Would definitely visit again. Only con is that the room although spotless, had cigarette smell that was really strong and irritating. Small hotel but comfortable size of rooms.

I could not fault this Hotel. I was here on business for a few days and throughout my stay I could not fault the hotel staff and the service they gave. The only negative was i could not work my TV, but the WIFI was excellent so did not teally matter. The housekeeping was brilliant and the room was comfortable, clean and peaceful and also large.
I would use this hotel again and recommend others to stay. Lovely staff and great food and breakfast.

Lovely people. The room was great with seperate room for kids. Couldnt be a better location. Right next to the Sea gardens and beach, an easy walk into the town. A big choice of shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.
