The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Very convenient to all the key sightseeing places, walking distance to the lake to book ferries to Bellagio, Verana, restaurants, shopping, railway station, bus station. Staff went out if their way to help with any queries, places to eat, visit etc, breakfast was arranged at another restaurant walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were ok very dark, small bathroom but lively hot shower, All rooms needed updating but very convenient to everything.
