Staff was good. Property is showing it’s age and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Bed was comfortable and a good location for getting to the airport on the plus side.

Our room wasn't short of poor qualities. There was an iron burn on the carpet, the curtains were slashed, light bulbs were missing, the window was broken, the toilet was leaking and kept refilling, and the shower head was so low that i had to kneel down just to take a shower.

Even after factoring the cultural differences compared to Asian hospitality industry, the service and staff attitude were terrible. Surprisingly, for a developed city hotel charging $300 a night, the internet connection kept going down miserably, crippling my ability to participate in work calls. The property lacked modern facilities but more irritating was the callous attitude of the staff. I would expect a much better facilities and service for the kind of money they charged.

Hotel is immediately under the flight path, so be prepared, it is loud. Headboard was white vinyl with a dirty gray circle where heads rest, bed skirt was disgusting, carpet discoloured and threadbare, pillows were lumpy and better sized for a sofa than bed, bed had 1 ultra thin blanket I ended up folding in half to stay warm and no other blankets or bedspread. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. Staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Honestly, that room needs to be updated badly! Won't ever consider a stay again, even for one night.
