Great stay for business travel. Room was clean and spacious, no carpet flooring which was very nice. Staff was great, check in and checkout were fast. Located right downtown and close to transit. Room had AC, private washroom, comfortable bed, iron and irnoning board, hairdryer. Washroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. Some things to note: water pressure in shower a little low, could be due to renovations going on in lobby though. Shower head a little low (not an issue if youre short like myself!). Did not have a vehicle so cannot comment on parking.

Room was very clean as well as our floors shared bathroom and showers. The area felt pretty safe and was fairly easy to walk around. The staff were friendly and absolutely amazing! The price I got on the hotel was super affordable and I like knowing some of my money is going to a good cause. Will definitely be coming back.

Close to everything. Friendly staff. Just one small problem we encountered, they didn’t know about road closures for 2 days and the event happening there. We were not informed about taking a different route to drive back to the hotel.

Loved the location: close to shopping, public transportation, many restaurants. The facilities were very well kept. There is construction going on in the lobby but did not affect us at all. We were on the 11th floor, and the elevator is super fast. Love this place, and we will stay here when we're next in Vancouver.
