"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"Lovely hotel with amazing buffet breakfast. Parking available with assigned spot in garage for 10€/day. (Street parking available for free… if you can find it.) On site restaurant Cayote is ok, winding there for dinner one night after original plans fell through. It’s well reviewed and prices reasonable, but food a bit bland. Despite being Saturday night, few tables in use."

"The property itself is beautiful and clean. The spa is amazing and definitely worth doing the 2 for 12 euros for the indoor pool and spa. The room was very spacious and worth the money. The area itself is very beautiful and quiet. The outdoor pool has amazing views and the staff is very accommodating. Always checking in to make sure your stay is above and beyond!"

"Nice hotel, lovely spa but the only issue is you have to pay additional fees even if you’re a hotel guest to use at the spa and that’s excluding treatments!"

"Great proximity to everything, very convenient location. Once parked, you can walk everywhere in town. The town itself is very conveniently located to all the major attractions. I would stay here again. My only con is that the streets are loud and we needed ear plugs to sleep. That is to be expected in any town."
