Great service, all staff very friendly and helpful, very happy with our stay

Brilliant location for exploring the city. Fantastic suites and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was generous and very tasty in a really well presented bar and restaurant. It is the centre of town so you can expect some exterior noise at the weekend into the evening. This is a fair trade for the location; We had a suite at the very top of the building so perhaps more acute there but a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely reccomend.

This is a superb choice of property if you’re staying in Valencia for a few days. The penthouse was spacious and quiet with a great terrace. I loved it.

Ideal location for staying in Valencia as walking distance and bus stop outside. Hotel was great, lovely staff, comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Staff were lovely and helpful here, even with our very late check in and very early check out. They suggested a place that we could go for late dinner (23:00+). Room was lovely, little balcony was great. We did not use breakfast, restaurant or vending machine so cannot comment on those. Easy walk to the Torres de Serranos and the old town.

Having stayed in a Westin hotel before I knew what to expect, high level of service and a quality hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful offering a selection of rooms to chose from. The room we chose was very spacious and had a walk in wardrobe area with large luxury bathroom and separate toilet. The spa looked very nice although we didn't use it on our stay. Great location for both the city and a 15 minute bus ride from the beach. Easy to get to from the airport on the metro and is a 2,minute walk to the hotel from metro station. Good breakfast and large rooms.

Our experience staying at this hotel in Valencia city couldn't have been bettered. On our arrival, on a very warm sunny day we entered to a cool air-conditioned foyer with very friendly staff. Booking in was simple and a porter helped us with our luggage to our room, which was clean spacious and very modern and minimalist which is a style we love. If we had forgotten anything e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower gel/shampoo etc it was provided free of charge in your room anyway. There...

Very comfortable room; spacious, spotless. Fab bathroom, mushroom shower, double sinks. A sliding door for WC. Breakfast excellent, premium fresh ingredients. Limitless fresh orange juice/nespresso coffee. All staff very helpful/patient/polite. Spa treatments pricey but wonderful. Only negative aspect is the pool. We can't fault this hotel, we had a two night stay with a great room and an amazingly comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to lots of shopping areas and all the plazas with a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops.

I loved everything about this hotel! We had a quadruple room which had a kitchenette with 2 balconies that overlooked restaurants below so ample opportunity for people-watching if like me you enjoy that! However, with the balcony doors shut there was no noise from below and we had air-conditioning so being too warm wasn't an issue.
