Great central location, helpful staff and lovely hotel overall!

Good location in middle of the old town, very quiet and no noise from outside, bed was large and comfortable, room clean and nicely decorated with en-suite and plenty of room. Breakfast room was nice good choice of options and accommodated dietary requirements, staff very please and helpful.

A great hotel, lovely staff and a great location. Good for running, seeing the city and for great food nearby. The roof terrace is also a great option for chilling.

The hotel decor is very modern , the staff are friendly , professional and very knowledable , the location is central so walking to various sights , shops or trans is very easy - Roof Terrence is a very nice option for a quote evening drink overlooking the city

The staff were amazing and created a great atmosphere! The breakfasts were amazing and the rooms cleaned to perfection and a great size and very quiet! If k was to make one change it’s to have some slightly higher chairs tables in the restaurant/bar area, as I’m quite tall and found them a little low! Having said that it is very minor point and would have no reservations on recommending this property highly! I will be staying there again soon!

We stayed here for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The staff were thoughtful and helpful, always attentive without being overbearing. Our room was large, clean, very comfortable and stylish. The night we decided to have dinner in the restaurant it was a set menu only, but we were far from disappointed as the food was superb. Javier is the best! Love the property and its central location. It will be even better once the refurbishment work is complete at Plaza de la Reina. The suites are spacious, with a kitchen corner and an espresso machine, comfortable king bed, enough wardrobe space, iron and iron board, a safe etc stayed one night only but felt like extending my stay there given how much I loved it. Brilliant location for exploring the city. Fantastic suites and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was generous and very tasty in a really well presented bar and restaurant. It is the centre of town so you can expect some exterior noise at the weekend into the evening. This is a fair trade for the location; We had a suite at the very top of the building so perhaps more acute there but a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely reccomend.

The location of the Valencia Flats meant is was very easy to explore the old centre of the city, find restaurants, hire bikes (round the corner) and there's a great eatery across the courtyard.

This charming hotel is very conveniently located, 5mins walk from plaza de Reina, Spacious, spotlessly clean room, tastefully decorated, very good WiFi, smart TV with good number of channels. Everything is new keyless entry system is extremely helpful specially if you arrive very late. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I mostly dealt with Fabio) I would definitely recommend this.

The info on the app for opening doors and calling a lift, shows a picture on some and does not give any info as to how you operate. Used the key pad and all was good every time. Room clean and tidy, everything was good.
