"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"The property has a beautiful view and if that’s all you’re looking for then stay there. Otherwise the rooms were old and damaged, it’s very loud until 2 am and the beds were unstable and shaky. There was no soap by the sink in the washrooms, the blinds were broken and you have to clean the kitchen before you leave otherwise they will charge you a hundred euros."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"The location is great and the staff is very helpful. However, the claim of a 24 hour airport shuttle is misleading — yes they will book you a taxi but that’s true of any hotel. The food at the restaurant is very good and they give you 10% off plus a welcome cocktail but the music is really loud if you happen to want to sleep…earplugs don’t make much of a difference. The room was simple and well equipped and clean."

"The hotel is very cute, clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are a bit ikea-ish with cheap rickety furnishings. The wooden sink counter is rotting from water. Towel rack following apart….The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about many questions but we believe they were hiring and getting ready for high season. ALL VERY KIND THOUGH! The restaurant food was amazing as well! Definitely the most underrated!! (Better than the local fav la pepica! )"
