We spent our honeymoon here in January and it was fabulous. We had a room overlooking the slopes and the outdoor pool, which I'd recommend. It truly is ski-in, ski-out, which makes it v convenient. We did half-board and ate most nights in the 2Mille3 restaurant and once in La Laiterie. I'd thoroughly recommend both. Breakfasts were also lovely. Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly

This hotel is run by one of the most professional staff teams that I have ever encountered. Without exception every employee that we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. It seemed that nothing was too much or too difficult if it meant the guests enjoyment of the hotel was increased. In addition extra touches such as laying out your skis out in the snow ready to jump straight on, or serving your dinner in the lounge so as not to miss the world cup game were greatly...

Apartment was as promised. Shower was great. View was excellent. Lots of living space.

Hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and attentive. Bed was comfy and my children loved the bunk beds. We were able to arrange a transfer from Geneva airport via the hotel which really helped us out. The staff were kind enough to make us a breakfast package on the last day to take with us. It was huge! The locker room with boot heaters with direct access to the piste. The piste is very well kept and the free 3 enormous magic carpets made learning so much easier for my children...

Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time. What really stood out though was on the last day my wife broke her leg and ended up in hospital and the hotel were fantastic shuffling bookings around around I could remain in the room for as long as needed and dealing directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about...

A last minute decision to have a few days in Courchevel 1850. The standard of service from all staff was faultless. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant was superb, the bar staff friendly and courteous, the ski hire and ski room excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. You certainly get what you pay for.

Hotel is very nice, and superbly located on the slopes, but the staff really made it fantastic, particularly the receptionist who helped sort out a different room for us with a better balcony, and the manager who assisted with this request. Can't speak highly enough of the service. Thank you.

Excellent ski family stay at beautiful hotel ..from arrival till departure everting and everyone was just super ..it’s really super hotel more like 5 star cotage on top of mountain .. definitely will be back
