Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. Excellent stay at La Loze. The hotel is right by the slopes and it is 10 metres to the snow from the hotel's ski room. From there all the available ski lifts are within a short distance. From the hotel lounge you can sit and watch the skiing with a log fire and comfortable seating. Very pleasant staff who speak excellent english and were always extremely helpful. Would definitely return here in the future.

Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time. We spent our honeymoon here in January and it was fabulous. We had a room overlooking the slopes and the outdoor pool, which I'd recommend. It truly is ski-in, ski-out, which makes it v convenient.
