Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). "This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. "
