"The staff at this location were exceptional. From check in to walking the lodge everyone was courteous and made it a point to say hello! The kitchen Chef Billy really made an impression at the daily morning breakfast constantly checking in to make sure our food was on point."

"Great location and very friendly staff. There was a bit of a hiccup with the room when first checking in but the staff took action quickly and made it right."

Perfect in every way, centre of town minutes walk from everything, particularly ski lifts. Communal areas very comfortable and understated, breakfast perfect, particularly liked home baked cakes. Our room was a good size with comfortable beds, it overlooked the bus terminal above street but were not disturbed once even on NY eve,,perhaps because we were on the top (4th floor). Front desk and concierge were very welcoming and helpful, special mention must go to Shanny and Lesile who were...

Comfortable room and bed. Central location. Kind staff.
When we left we were charged € 55 for the use of facilities (spa and pool) . We booked via Expedia. Normally the hotel facilities are included in the price, and if not it should be specified at arrival.

We really enjoyed our first stay at Vail Mountain Lodge. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were treated to an unexpected room upgrade which made our trip to Vail extra special. The location of the hotel near the village really is perfect, with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, gondola, trails, etc. Shuttle access and free parking (summer) right outside the door. Condition or our room was fantastic with lots of storage space and really beautiful room décor which made us feel like...

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at The Lodge and there are many positives; I would consider returning. I realised it was not what I consider a 'full service hotel' because it does not have its own bar/restaurant and didn't offer a buffet breakfast, and nor was there a bar/lounge (other than the small lobby lounge which felt more like a waiting area). The gate from our terrace to the spa area failed on two occasions so we had to get it looked at.

As before the Hotel provided the perfect end to my vacation. From the 'Happy hour' to the perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict on my day of departure, the staff made everyone welcome.

A very enjoyable stay in a great apartment in a very convenient location. Close to Beaver Creek and Vail and a perfect base for exploring this area of the Rockies.

We loved our 3 night stay at the Poste Montane. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a separate living room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived so we had to search for pillows, sheets etc which wasn't ideal.
The lodge is right in the middle of Beaver Creek village with restaurants, shops and all amenities literally on the doorstep. There was unlimited coffee and tea in the reception and the complimentary breakfast every morning was very good. Had to pay extra...
