Perfect location! My teen daughter loved having access to the amenities in the spa. My son loved the huge outdoor heated pool and evening hot cocoa bar. My husband loved the large fitness center and movement room. Staff was wonderful! All of our ski equipment was taken to storage near the gondola and waiting for us in the morning. One minute walk to gondola. We loved our stay!

This FL - turned - CO girl is not a skier. But I’m married to a ski fanatic. When I look for hotels in the mountains, I look for a spa. Priorities. This option did not disappoint. The spa day was amazing, highly recommended - specifically curating a “Best Day” package. All services were pro and relaxing. Staff throughout the hotel were great from day one. The only addition needed is room service options.

Location is great, Staff is very helpful, accept concierge who convinced us to book Makoto Vail restaurant. I asked him if it's on a walking distance, he said yes, but hotel can also provide a free shuttle to go there. I did't realised it is at Cascade village and we end up paying for hotel shuttle going there and coming back.

Staff is excellent and the best hot chocolate in town at 3:30 in lobby. The pool and hot tubs are great. Gym great. Location amazing close to gondola shopping restaurants! The only thing that I would suggest is rooms probably need a refresh and renovation but truly everything was great and would return.
