This was one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed at by far! In terms of the hotel cleanliness, the facilities, the staff. The staff definitely made a huge difference to our stay, they were extremely helpful and kind, always greeting us around and asking if we have any needs, this was so lovely to see. The only downside is the location of the hotel, it’s not the nearest to the beach, where you can go for a swim, which is a biased opinion. The hotel does have a lovely rooftop pool as an alternative. There is a market with so many things to explore and buy, plenty of restaurants and bars around. There also is a police station round the corner, which makes you feel extra safe.

The girl at the reception wasn’t helpful, it’s as though she didn’t know what was going on. Hotel is new so it’s very clean. It’s like no body is working at the hotel though. There were a lot of little children so you couldn’t use the pool or even sit at the rooftop, extremely loud. No assistance at breakfast, we had to go looking around for own cutlery.

Reception staff Burcu and İskender went out of their way to help with every aspect of our stay,were courteous,helpful and friendly.Only issue was when we left for the day we found the toilet and bathroom sink was not cleaned at all(towels were changed and bed was made)when we came back .They had sent the housekeeping lady to do it in the evening who was not impressed with our request and insisted that minimum and necessary cleaning was done by her.I was not happy with that at all as she wanted to make her point by arguing which wasn’t professional at all. Otherwise all other staff were amazing.A big thanks to Mr İskender who had kept our valuables safe as we had forgotten them in the safe box.

Discomfort and rude yet expressive

There was no parking at our arrival and they sent us to park in a parking lot at least 2 blocks away, without even offering to take our stuff out of the car. WiFi didn’t connect with our passport number, and it took multiple calls with the staff until they were able to create manual user/pass for us to connect to the WiFi. There were spider webs in the room, attached in the picture. The fridge wasn’t working and after multiple requests, they didn’t swap the fridge nor offered to change our room. Extremely inexperienced staff.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war unglaublich sympathisch und zuvorkommend – schon beim Einchecken wurde mir ein türkischer Kaffee angeboten, was ich sehr aufmerksam fand. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Pool auf dem Dach – die Aussicht von dort ist einfach fantastisch! Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

3 arkadaş çıktığımız tatilde ferah ve temiz odalarıyla kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilikle verdiğimiz paranın kuruşuna kadar değdiğini söyleyebilirim,tam bir aile oteli özellikle girişteki hanımefendi güler yüzü ve ilgisiyle bizi evimizde hissettirdi keza her çalışanı güler yüzlü ve samimiydi plaja yakınlığı,konumu dolayısıyla gece harika bir atmosfer sunuyor ayrıca havuzunun olması da pastanın kreması oldu :) Urlaya tekrar gidecek olursam yine burayı tercih ederim

Güvenilir ve kaliteli

Yılbaşı için 2 gece olarak tercih etmiştik ve çok memnun kaldık. Sakin huzurlu temiz ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı lezzetli. Deniz manzaralı odada kaldık, şehirden gelip sessizliğe uyanmak çok güzeldi. Yazın da tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Ein tolles Hotel in einem wunderschönen Ort. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Iskender war super lieb und steht’s hilfsbereit. Tipp: Der Ort an sich ist jedoch ziemlich weitläufig und ein Auto ist definitiv empfehlenswert.

Otelde ilk dikkatimizi çeken durum havuz ve teras kafeterya bölümüydü. Havuz resimde görünene göre daha küçük ve kullanışsızdı. Hiç kullanmadık. Teras bölümünün manzarası çok güzeldi keyifli vakit geçirilebilir fakat alkol ruhsatını alamadıkları için alkolsüz olarak hizmet vermekteydi. Genel manada odaları güzeldi ve temizdi.

Merhabalar otel konum olarak güzel ama gelişim anlamında sıfır.dışarı çıkarken odaların temizlenmesini çarşafların ve havluların değişmesini söyledik gelsiğimizde sadece yorganı katlayıp koymuşlar başka hiçbirşeyw dokunmamışlar banyo çeşmesi bozuk onuda söyledik lakin geri döndüğümüzde kendimiz yaptık.kahvaltıları hep aynı düzen sebildeki su bile ılık ve gün içerisinde kazara susarsanız o sebil kesinlikle açık değil bu sıcak havada yazık böyle bir işletmeye .lobide gözlüklü bir beyefendi dışında duran hiçbir elemanın hiçbir konuda fikri yok .aşçı elinde bi kahveyle sürekli keyifte .otelin güzel olan tek yanı teras ve teras bardaki hanımefendi güleryüzlü bunca parayı yazık ettk bu otelde çok üzüldüm gerçekten tekrar gidermisniz derseniz tabiki gitmem ve tavsiyede etmem kimseye bu paraya daha güzel bi yere gidebilirdik tecrübe etmiş olduk teşekkürler
