The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, we were not disturbed by noisy neighbours, and the location was ideal for accessing all the main attractions. "Should be noted that the Garden Gate room is *outside* the main house on the ground floor and the one lock is on French doors. Also, there is only a tub, and it is ENORMOUS, and not so easy to get in and out of. If you are a walker, it is a lovely long walk through the neighbourhood to get to a grocery store and the ocean. Staff was excellent, and breakfasts were huge and very delicious. "
