"The staff was very polite and helpful the second we arrived. Room was clean, shower was great. It worked out great that they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Casino as well. We ate breakfast at the Bistro,food and service was great as well. We'll definitely stay at this location in the future."

"I had a great experience at this hotel. Even though we only stayed 1 night, they upgraded our room and the front desk staff was really nice and friendly. Would absolutely come back and stay here. The rooms were really clean and modernized"

"As a frequent visitor to the hotel the breakfast was dismal. Close to the-same dishes served, Monday and Tuesday as they were ‘out if everything’ delivery is tomorrow…’ same story Tuesday. They had one tea offered, no herbals, no green tea. This was not like other visits at all concerning the breakfast."

"I usually don't have any issues when I stay but this time I went to check in was told there was no rooms available but ended up finding one that wasn't clean. I was told to come back when it was ready. Once I get into the room the power on one side of the room went out TV and remote did not work. I requested late check out was told that wouldn't be a problem than the day of check out housekeeping came to the door I explained I had late check out she says they didn't offer it than proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away."
