Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "A birthday treat for my daughter and I. The rooms are tired and the shower in the bath was awful. I know it’s unusually hot at the moment but the room was like a sauna! We asked for another fan but to no avail. Desk staff not at all helpful and welcoming. Spa staff were lovely and we had a very enjoyable massage with a really lovely lady. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful."
