Very convenient location to subway line. Clean and daily refresh done well. Helpful staff when required extra electric outlets, iron and linen. Heating/AC issues were solved when brought to maintenance's attention. Would stay there again when in London.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for getting around. Shopping and restaurants were wonderful too. Tube station super close. Safe area especially for women on their own.
