"The staff here is extremely polite. The service was outstanding. Anything you wanted the staff will help you arrange. Also, the hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing. The included spa added to the experience as well. If I come back to Kyoto, I will definitely consider coming back here again. "

"Well maintained hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Walking distance (8 minutes) to Kyoto Station. Lots of eating places to choose from within 10 minutes walk (most of them are near Kyoto Station). Convenient shopping around Kyoto Station. Hot Spring soaking (no bath place😁) is available for free at the hotel. The only minor complaint is the breakfast (I pay for breakfast included option) is the same thing everyday. The hotel also gives out a free drink per person per day after 6pm. Water strength in the bathroom is excellent. My room has a balcony but I cannot enjoy the view because it is a little bit too cold in March. Don't know how they do it but no waiting for elevator during my stay. It is a very enjoyable stay overall."

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Conveniently located about three minutes from the Kyoto station. Of course, three minutes can turn into 30 minutes if you get swallowed up by that train station! The hotel is lovely. Rooms are crisp and clean. They provide an excellent breakfast catering to both Japanese and western tastes. One thing to note is you might want to look at the room selection and see if you can get a room either on the backside or the side of the hotel so you’re not facing the train station which tends to be a little bit noisy."
