Ability to leave luggage a few days before check in when we onward to Rovaniemi. Would recommend friends and family to stay here! "

"Everything was great except for the up-selling options to check in before 3pm. When did this start? Is this a particular Scandinavian way of operating. We arrived at 1:30 pm and we’re certain our room was ready as this hotel specifically caters to early morning flight guests who typically are out by 5:00 am. We had to pay an extra $20 to get our room. Not very welcoming or polite. Very disappointed, and, we’re also members of IHG hotels, "
