I don't know, if it is in all facilities she charched me 30 $ for early check in (1.5 hour earlier) i thought it was not nice I would go to a different hotel, usually they are happy to please you by upgrading or letting you in your room earlier ( if it is avaliable)"

"Fabulous as always, the superior room with the balcony was excellent: quiet, lovely and big, excellent light and a nice walk in shower well worth paying extra for. All hotel amenities were great, towels, robe slippers etc. Great sauna available free in the evenings or morning. Breakfast was superb, such a big selection and lovely views from the 10th floor. The location of this hotel is fantastic and allows ease of use for all of the city, easy to find straight out of the airport/ train to city with no real walking distance with luggage in the snow this is a bonus! 100% would recommend."

"The location is good, but getting to the hotel was a struggle. Since it’s not on the main road and there is no luggage service or even trolleys available, we had to drag our bags all the way ourselves. ​The service and cleanliness were far below 4-star standards. In the first room, the mattress protector was stained and dirty. When I complained, the receptionist said housekeeping had already finished their shift and incredibly suggested that she could just remove the protector and I could sleep directly on the mattress! This was highly unhygienic and unprofessional. ​After I insisted on a proper solution, we were moved to a superior room. However, this one was prepared for a pet stay; it had a dog welcome kit and bowls left on the bench, and the room had an unpleasant smell. While the receptionist was helpful and removed the items immediately once called, the overall lack of basic hygiene and preparation was very disappointing for a 4-star experience. "
