Great location, friendly, polite, very professional and helpful. A wonderful building. The beds and bedding are sensational as are the bathrooms and shampoos etc. Fabulous experience. Thank you!

Very comfortable room and excellent shower.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff who went the extra mile.

Startling new design with an impressive lobby, stunning rooftop and beautiful views of Helsinki harbour. Great staff. There was a very busy but delicious breakfast buffet.

Fantastic modern hotel, with a stunning breakfast and an amazing view over the north of the city. We were offered a choice of which floor to have, and were given a park view room on the top floor, which was smaller than floora below but the view made up for the smaller size. Great location with easy walking to many attractions. Really helpful staff and lots of nice touches throughout.

This hotel is possibly the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very comfortable, location was very central and the staff was great.

Clean room in a safe neighbourhood about 10 minute walk from senate square. Breakfast, Fika and dinner were a bonus

A fantastic place to stay. Really cool vibe throughout the hotel. Room was super comfy and cosy. The staff were all great. Hotel breakfast alone was 10/10! About 10 mins walk from the central station and close to plenty of places of interest. Would absolutely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It truly had everything I needed and more. The space was not only comfortable and clean, but also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. From a well-stocked kitchen to a cozy living area, every detail seemed to have been considered. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. Besides, the team's exceptional communication from pre-arrival until checkout added an extra layer of...

Lovely stay. We were contacted (possibly by Bob himself) at the start and end of the stay to check in, which was a nice touch. We loved all the extras, especially the free chocolate and the polaroids from other people who had stayed. Brilliant location for sightseeing in Helsinki. The apartment was very well appointed and sparkling clean. Could not fault our stay and would like to thank all the staff at Bob W Helsinki!

Would stay there again. Excellent breakfast. Room was very comfortable

Absolutely loved the place. Spot on location, clean, modern, welcoming and exactly what I needed. The property hosts were some of the nicest people I have ever met whilst travelling overseas…. I had booked breakfast, which was available at a separate location nearby, this didn’t work out for me at all as it was set menu, one plate, same every day. When I mentioned this was disappointing a refund was given to me straightaway. The property is so lovely , it really would benefit from a showcase...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with many plant-based options, especially fresh fruits. The room was clean and offered a view of the city. I loved the balcony on the 10th floor as well. It is centrally located, with major attractions within walking distance; the central station is just across the street, and the Kamppi bus station is also nearby. It is connected to a department store and a 24-hour supermarket. Shopping centres such as Citycentre Mall, Forum,...

No complaints. All went well and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Excellent location with all main sites easy to walk to. Across from train station. Lovely staff and comfortable rooms.
