"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "

The most difficult aspect of the stay was the restricted desk hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. "Tornabuoni Suites rooms were very nice. We stayed two notes in a superior dbl room and one note in a junior suite. The junior suite was most spacious and the bed was a California king. The room felt very opulent. The rooms condition was quite up to date and modern and the location was outstanding. Walkable everywhere in a few mins. Shops right outside the front door even !! "

"The location is great, you have beautiful Tuscan view in front of yard. The room and bathroom are large, clean and modern with full kitchen. Good choice of breakfast, restaurant onsite is good for dinner. Free parking is good for travel by car."

There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies!
