"I gave this hotel a 5 star rating. I'm very happy with this hotel, whether it's location, cleaniness, amenities, staff, and value for money, they're excellent. Hotel is centrally located on the HK island side with Wan Chai station or Admiralty station nearby. Downstairs is a shopping center and hotel has a nice swimming pool. The room is spacious compare to others in HK. I think the best is the shower room. The water pressure is very good and the overhead shower makes you feel like under a waterfall. I would book this hotel again if I go to HK."

Room was very clean and comfortable despite it not really being what l'd booked, a superior double which at check-in was not available (why not? surely if that's what l'd booked, many weeks ago it should have been available...) l was initially offered a superior room with two single beds and then was offered an accessible room. Room was very good, perhaps a little smaller than expected, especially so given the room is supposed to be accessibile. "

"My 5 day stay was excellent all around. Staff service on the Executive Floor was exceptional, hotel facilities very good and location could not be faulted. The MTR was adjacent so convenient to get to any destination in HKG. Shall return on my next visit"
