"Clean room, great staff, delt safe and comfortable, only issues was tv couldnt connest to wifi and wish there was a celing light in the room"

"Clean rooms, decent location close to Universal, nice breakfast. Bed was reasonably comfortable although the pillows were lacking. Elevator was available although a bit slow and in need of renovations."

"While the stay was pleasant enough, we chose this hotel as it advertised a “pet area” and we brought 2 dogs. The pet area was a slick, uneven path that our dogs struggled to walk up and down on. Not to mention the only actual grassy space for them to use the bathroom was clearly the worker break area and full of food scraps and cigarettes on the ground. Other than that, it was limited spaces of mulch and bushes. It is also advertised online that there is a $50 pet fee that is refundable and upon filling out the form on site we were told it’s a non refundable $75 fee. The hotel was nice enough but I would not recommend people bring their pets here."

"Overall had a great experience, enjoyed the fact that a Starbucks was on the property. Along with dining area to purchase food and the shuttles to the park. Only concern was not enough washcloth for the amount of people I reserved for and needed to call each and every time."
