"Easy walk or boat ride to CityWalk, Universal, and Islands. Room was gorgeous. Spacious shower. Loved the light up vanity mirror. Comfy bed! Starbucks in quick service dining in lobby."

"Clean room, Excellent staff, good continental style breakfast. Can't beat the location to the Universal Parking garage/entrance. Although clean and kept very nice, the pool area was in the shade the majority of the day when we went in early March 9no ones fault just an observation). We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. "

"The check in process was horrid. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When they finally helped us, the lady who checked us in was rude and had no knowledge of the property, Universal or anything helpful in any way. The room was disgusting! The smell of chlorine and bleach was overpowering in the hallways & in our room. The headboards were peeling and covered in dirt. The bathroom had hairs on the wall and shower that did not come from us. The floor in our room was wet! The proximity to Universal City Walk is not as claims. Or maybe it was the fact that no one could even tell us how to walk there from the hotel property. We got something to eat at the bowling alley. It was not appetizing! It tasted old and greasy. We paid to park at the hotel then we had to take Ubers or pay additional parking at Universal. Overall, I would NEVER stay at this property. I would never let my enemies stay at this property! We will NEVER be back. "

"This property is amazing from the pool to the rooftop bar! Great friendly staff everywhere we went. The made to order breakfast was really good. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place for relaxing before the parks. It wasn't mentioned at check in but you can take a water taxi at the neighbor resort Sapphire so getting to IOA and Universal Studios was a breeze. We will definitely stay here when we can come back "
