This property was great. It was away from the hotel zone, but an easy walk to the beach, near grocery shopping, super affordable and the hotel had a shared rooftop pool, gym and our room included a kitchen and upstairs more private pool. It was walkable from the Tulum bus station and very close to the meet up spot for our tours and to the city center. When we got there it was listed as room 323B, but that does not exist. Check in and check out is not through the front desk, you can just go up to room 323 in building B and let yourself in using the directions!

Overall pretty good stay though I don’t think we would stay again. It’s advertised as a hotel but I believe they are independently owned apartments so no daily cleaning services, no new towels, no garbage removal. Negatives about property were the bed was horribly firm, no extra blankets or pillows provided, 1 thin blanket on bed, we did have a kitchenette but very few cooking utensils were supplied (no knives besides butter knives, 1 spatula, 1 frying pan, 1 bowl). Upon arrival our personal pool was very dirty and required maintenance to clean it up, which they were incredibly quick about with great customer service to fix it. Also all pools are not heated and quite cold- great for when it’s sunny and hot on the rooftop but as soon as the sun goes down it’s way too cold to swim. The main level pool gets almost no sun so we didn’t see a single person swimming in it as it was way too chilly. Pros: great location, many restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and large grocery market nearby. Main strip was maybe 10 minute walk away. Rooftop shared pool was awesome, though the bar that is pictured is empty and not ran by anyone and tanning beds do not have comfy cushions like in the pictures, quite uncomfortable and dark in colour so they get very hot in the sun. The building did feel very safe, staff always at front desk and helpful with any questions we had. For the price you can get for the smaller rooms I think it’s a great place but too many cons for us to stay again.

Si vas en pareja esta increible, te queda caminando chedraui, y varios locales de comidas bebidas farmacia etc. Tienen estacionamiento dentro y en la sombra, sino hay lugar pues quedas afuera pero es bastante seguro. Tiene utensilios para cocina basicos pero perfectos para parejas. Me hospede en el PH y la privacidad de su propia alberca no es al.100% pero eataba casi vacio el edificio. Tiene televisión puedes conectarlo con tu celular tiene una lavadora y secadora tiene toallas tiene todo para que pases una estancia increíble y un refrigerador bastante amplio.
