Can not recommend this hotel enough. The service/ staff / setting were al perfect. We had issues with our card on checking in and the hotel were so easy going about us paying a few days later. The barmaid Barbara manager Dan and lovely Silvina on reception were all wonderful as were staff in Ziggys!. So friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back.

Friendly staff, lovely clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Hot shower, fridge, coffee and milk frappe with complementary biscuits every day, beach/pool towels. Fresh water available in the lobby with percolated coffee. Kitchen available to use with a microwave, toaster and kettle. We bought our own breakfast but there was a cafe just across the road. Location very good for walking to lots of restaurants. Free cycles available but as we had a car no need to use. We drove to Jaguar...

Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

Beautiful property, one of the finest in the world, not for corporate people

Hotel was lovely, big spacious rooms. Great attention to detail by the staff. Free parking was handy and nice that breakfast is included. Beach location is perfect. Worth the extra money to go for the rooms with the rooftop bath and beds. The stars at night in Tulum are like nothing I have ever see before.

Great adults only all inclusive hotel. Good choice of restaurants.

Super stay at this hotel- the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would come again.

We had an exceptional stay at Casa Malca from start to finish. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The location was ideal for us: peacefully removed from the busier party areas, yet still conveniently close to a great selection of restaurants,...

The rooms are really clean and comfortable - and it was great to be right on the beach and in the heart of the Tulum beach strip. Plus having our own beach chairs and bringing our own snacks and drinks worked well for us. It's opposite Hartwood - one of the area's best restaurants, which is amazing. At night, the music from the restaurant next door is very loud on Friday and Saturday nights so it's best to stay out until later to avoid the loud music.

Muaré hotel is beyond beautiful! I’m hoping I find myself in Tulum again as I will definitely be staying at Muaré. I loved the morning yoga, what a great touch! Everything is so intentional at Muaré, from the design to scents! The staff were exceptional, a special mention to Leandro, Berna, Tommy, Benjamin, Alan, Montse and Josefina! All the staff made our stay amazing. They were always on hand to help book tours, restaurant reservations and taxis etc. I loved that we could contact the front...

Very lovely staff and an immaculately clean hotel. Spotless. Shame the rooftop bar is closed.

Restaurants were top notch. Inconvenient if you want to step out. Taxi services are over priced. Overall a good experience. Would reccomend jf you want to enjoy one place with some amazing restaurants!

We loved our stay at Akumal Bay. The staff at the resort were excellent and the location was perfect. The food at the buffet was good and the evening entertainment was also very good. The only negative was the morning “fight” for the loungers at the beach and on our first day, because we arrived in the afternoon, there were no towels left. For the rest of our stay we made sure we ensured we asked for towels in the morning and we didn’t have any problems. Overall, this is a great location if...

We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. We also did a bike tour round the resort, the spa and neighbouring Hilton resort which is worth doing to get a feel for the...
