The staff was so nice! they made my stay enjoyable. I traveled with the worst people to tulum and the staff here made me feel so welcome. The food was so good too and the drinks had me not caring how much I was getting burned in the rooftop pool hahaha. Only thing is I wish the pool closed later. I felt so safe here and the security guard was also so nice! I’ll be back!

Near where I wanted to be, elevator not working, pool not that clean, hear shooting outside and hotel recommend to stay in hotel that day, didn’t feel safe

Perfect location in Tulum with a bar, restaurant, rooftop pool, and less than 5 minute drive to everything. Easy parking with a convenient Chedraui superstore across the street. Staff are amazing at this property!

Really loved our stay here. Staff was absolutely wonderful! Supermarket across the road which was very convenient and location was between city centre and beaches so we were pretty happy! :)
