Small and very traditional boat, the boat is beautiful condition, the team on board are amazing and the food and attention to detail make a huge difference it’s a 10 out of 10

This boat is the brand new and the best boats in Halong Bay when we have seen many other passing by and for sure Alisa Premier is the best among hundred boats there. The cabin, food, staff, kayaking, cooking class... were amazing. We wish to spend 3 days and 2 nights much better than just 2 days 1 night. Do not expect the Internet on boat because they must use the mobile network so will be the same for all boats in Halong Bay.

Couldn’t have been made more welcome by the whole team but especially Julie.

We booked this cruise as it had really good reviews and we loved the pictures of the cruise ship very much. The picked up by one of their luxury limousine vans which looked like the business class cabin in a plane. It was a very comfortable 3h30minutes drive to Halong bay. The boat was probably the best boat in Halong bay we could see (there are loads of them). It looked much better than most of the other luxury cruises and had an outside balcony area in every room. Fantastic stay, great value and with awesome staff throughout

Nice experience

Really nice trip made even better by the great staff. The only disappointing thing was the wait for the transfer back to Hanoi but otherwise a really highly recommended cruise.

Needed more activities

Recommend room 408. Whole cruisecwas great

The staff was absolutely charming and attentive. The Emeraude is older with some of the quirks one would expect and hopefully enjoy, but an absolute delight. The scenery is spectacular and this was the perfect way to enjoy it. We would definitely book again.

We had an amazing time on Rita Cruise, everything was well organised and Helen took care of us all time, she's been very helpfully and careering. If you can stay for 2 nights! The food was excellent and the drinks well priced and good!

The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10

Had a great stay with impressive attention to detail throughout. The room was beautiful with an amazing view, making it a truly relaxing experience. The staff were very attentive, especially when it came to my dietary requirements, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
