"I didn’t have much interaction with the staffs aside from when I checked in. The parking is not free ($25 a night) and the room does not provide water or toothpaste for their guests. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and updated. "

"This seems like a well run hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and location of hotel good for a quick stop over. Overall, a very nice travel hotel. Recommended. "

"The staff are friendly and attentive. The location is good with the airport shuttle (see below) and Skytrain close by. I was unhappy with the condition of the room. The shower faucet was very stiff and getting a temperature in between scalding and ice was difficult - then when you finally did, 3-4 times during the (not very long) shower you would get a blast of scalding that was actually painful. As well the sink was not draining properly and the water was sitting in it for an extra couple of minutes before it went down. I did not complain though because I had already used my one complaint on the fact that we waited (in the correct spot) for the shuttle for 52 minutes and it never came (supposed to be every 30 minutes) - we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. The staff was good and called the driver but he was not truthful and said he had been doing his runs. No. We knew where to wait and what the shuttle looked like and he never came. That said, this is the first time we have had issues and I am not giving up. These are all easy fixes and I will return."
