"I appreciate the upgrade I was given, but the floors in room 3103 were in horrible condition visually with big gaps between planks and chunks out of the flooring. 5 minutes in the room and my brand new white socks were absolutely filthy. Bath towels felt like sandpaper, beds had no fitted sheets which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Room was freezing cold despite cranking the heat up to 76° "

"In addition to the excellent location at YVR making early morning flights less stressful, we found the staff at this hotel above the norm. Well worth the extra cost! We were an entourage of seniors travelling with a cat. In addition a member of our party was recovering from surgery. The hotel was very attentive to our needs - would highly recommend the YVR Westin."

"Although it was the stay of one nit, but I can see the wear and tear everywhere in the hotel! The room was average clean but cracks, folds, and exhausted parts are apparent in the room! I am not really sure what they meant by signature resort here???"
