"The outlets were in the wrong locations, and not enough of them, a lamp didn’t work and was unstable, the microwave was old as hell, most of the buttons on the remote didn’t work so I had to use the tv itself, the mattress was way too soft, low water pressure in the bathroom, the breakfast was a joke, the front desk staff didn’t know anything. The elevator was old as hell and small and very worn. The whole hotel needs to be remodeled and the walls are thin"

"Room was very clean and in good condition. Nice window that open and had a screen for a few minutes of fresh air in the morning. Hot tub was super hot, nice and clean. A good place, I’d stay there again if in the area. "

"The property it’s is nice as is the area. The staff was friendly at check in and alway polite. However, we were there for a wedding and 6 people (the suite) had to shower and get ready, the shower filled with water and wouldn’t drain. We complained about it at the front desk when we left for the wedding and assumed somebody took care of it while we were gone but the next 2 Days we were unable to shower due to the continued problem. I complained again at check out with a response that it will get checked out. I have my doubts since the kitchen faucet also kept coming off in my hand. The problem with prepaying for someplace is then you’re locked into it. VERY DISSAPPOINTED but had a great weekend with family celebrating regardless. "

"Quick last minute stay here while some work was being done on my house, and was very pleasantly surprised by the room and property. Super clean, bathroom was nice, very polite staff. No complaints!"

"Our room smelled like someone just smoked pot before we came. The pool and hot tub were out of order (one of the main attractions). Wallpaper peeling. Generally needs a refresh."
