"The hotel location was great. It was about 10 minutes to our event. The staff from the time we checked in to when we went to the bar for dinner was amazing. The added bonus with the balcony was great. I love the fact that the balcony is on the inside. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The food at Mr D's was awesome. We caught the happy hour which was even better. The prices were not expensive. Although it is right outside of the airport, we did not hear the planes that much. I will definitely be back."

"We were visiting my son on Family weekend at Ualbany. The location was perfect for this trip, close to the university, restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Amenities like the pool and gym were perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful, even informing us on a fair that was in town. The only issue we had(minor one) was the AC unit in our room would constantly go on and off throughout the night and it was kind of loud when it did that. Aside from that the place was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again when in the Albany area."

"The hotel is great the only reason I gave it a four-star review is because we went to a concert at the SPAC and after the concert went to the bar for a drink and the bar was closing at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday. We're trying to figure out why the bar was closed so early when there are lots of people around and after a concert ."
