"Dirty room (old Cheetos left on the floor), floor was sticky (had to wear flip/flops the whole time), doors didn't latch (bathroom door wouldn't latch at all, front door needs an extra push to close all the way), pool was dirty, no hot tub."

"The airport shuttle stopped running at 11pm so I had to arrange for an Uber after I landed. The airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport looked to be someones personal use vehicle as the only signage was a computer printed paper with the words "Hotel Shuttle" taped inside the front passenger window. The breakfast was good, but the bed was old and uncomfortable. Everything was clean. "

"The room was good. My disappointment was this… I prepaid for my rooms for my trip. Upon arrival, Check in was smooth. We stayed one night. The following morning upon checkout, we find that they billed us another 18.95 “resort fee”due at checkout. Why? There is no resort! Why wasn’t this fee included in my original purchase price??? This is shady and rediculous. I believe that the leave the 19.00 off to make their rates look better to get more rooms rented and then charge the extra 19.00 afterward because your stuck paying it at this point and they make another 19.00 off of the room. I will not be back. "

"Toilet was leaking from the bottom. Rooms weren’t clean and sheets had stains."

"Bathroom door was ready to fall off. Door in front of mini fridge did fall off. Lower hinge was off."

"Clean room, heating and cooling was great. Shower drain was slow. Smoke alarm went started chirping in the middle of the night, took off and removed battery. We didn’t want to call anyone at 1 am. Left a note for staff. All in all it was an enjoyable stay."
