"The room was very clean with one exception. We found cockroaches in the bathroom the first night. Management responded that they would treat the problem the next day. They did not. They did offer a 10% discount on another stay. Money off this stay would have been more appropriate. It’s unfortunate because the location was great. Probably would not return due to the pest issue not being resolved."

"This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The room was comfortable, but the noise of loud vehicles on the road behind the building was outrageous, heard cars til at least midnight. And then the fire alarm (maybe just my room) went off a couple times in the midnight timeframe. I got horrible sleep."

"Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Loved staying there. My only two negatives are the coffee served was very bitter so we went elsewhere every morning and in the evenings they had a DJ playing in the lobby/bar area which has a lot of hard surfaces that made it echo badly. Coming from a music & event background I’d suggest adding some sound absorbing elements to cut down on the cacophony."
