"The room was fine but had two days of no hot water. Management was very slow to respond, front desk was delightful. Homeless man sitting on front cushioned bench smoking cigarette butts and selling candy all day. Another one in the lobby with long red hair wig and a mustache, someone had given him coffee. Seat cushions in pool area were stained and several were split open. Seems to have gone down since last years stay"

"The Hotels.com stated check-in was 3pm, but it wasn’t until 4pm. I received a text that my room was ready and you follow the virtual instructions. My door code didn’t come through so I had to call to receive my door code, which was texted to me. The location was so convenient to Ready Falls, restaurants, and shops. It was nice having a lot a kitchen and laundry to use. However, the bed was uncomfortable like a futon and the bathroom door did not latch. "

"Arrived late, not a soul around. Kitchen and common areas were clean, headed to bed. Room and bathroom were clean and well-stocked. Love the quirky decor. Early breakfast - lots of choices, out the door. Online check-in, no check-out was a breeze. Would return."
