The Ville Resort - Casino
The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and comfortable although hallways were somewhat tired looking.

Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville
Very small balcony with a large tree encroaching on it. Pool didn’t have a hand rail to support elderly or disabled people to get in or out. Fire alarm went off twice in one day. Rooms were clean but doors were in need of repair.
