"Great place to stay at while visiting Torres del Paine NP. Can’t beat the view! Good food served for breakfast and dinner. Maybe a small fridge would be necessary in the room, at least for the summer days. "

Only complaints would be that it takes a long time to get hot water in the shower, and the WiFi is only good during the day when most guests are out exploring the park (gets very bad from 5pm-10pm)."

The hotel itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and supported by a team of genuinely helpful staff. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and we were honestly devastated to leave after just four nights. The on-site company, Massif, was fantastic. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend booking with them if you’d prefer not to organise your own activities. Their tours were well-run, informative, and a great way to experience the area. We’re already planning our return—this place is too special not to visit again. "
