"I had a very bad experience with my check in process. When I arrived to the property, the parking lot was closed and the taxi had to drop us off with 5 luggage at the parking lot entrance. After almost 15 hours of flight we had to carry all our luggage to the hotel entrance with kids!"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Didn't use any amenities. Water pressure was terrible on the 3rd floor, but that's my only complaint. I would stay there again!"
