"We never smoked in our room or caused any damage at all. But I never got my deposit back and they tried to charge me an addition $250! Scam artists that’s for sure. Me made sure to get a room with a balcony so my friend wouldn’t have to run down stairs to smoke!!!!!"

"I had a very bad experience with my check in process. When I arrived to the property, the parking lot was closed and the taxi had to drop us off with 5 luggage at the parking lot entrance. After almost 15 hours of flight we had to carry all our luggage to the hotel entrance with kids!"
