Tirai Air Terjun Tukad Unda

I found a dirty used towel after checking into my room. The whole property has seen better days (in the 2000s?). Once you feel disgusted, you see all the brown patches on walls and pillows. I complained, but did not feel understood. We left after the first night, despite we paid for 5. No refund. It is ridiculous for the price, and I do not understand why expedia.com lists this property. Do not go there.

Lovely hotel, with kind, friendly staff. Everything is very well maintained. My only suggestion would be to have separated smoking areas away from the restaurant.
