"didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check in... Actions by employees like we experienced are not good for business and Wydham should function at a higher level than experienced.... also, when checking out this korning I did not get a receipt.... Need to know no extra charger were added... Thanks...."

"This hotel is adequate and seemed clean. There was minor damage but the room was useable. I would not recommend staying here as they have rooms located next to the elevator. The hallway noise was so loud even past 2 am. Our bed may as well have been located in the lobby. They charge 8 dollars per day for parking. It’s not a huge cost but feels like nickle and dining for a suburban parking lot. When we checked in, we were told that we have 30 dollar food and beverage credit per day. Upon check out, the credit wasn’t applied. When I called, the staff told me that the credit didn’t apply due to how I booked. This misleading information was frustrating since we ate at the hotel with the credit in mind."

"Someone's leftover food was still in the refrigerator in my room. The room was small in the property definitely needed some love. I would not hang out outside of this hotel at night, it definitely have the feeling of a crack motel. Even in the office they had multiple signs up about the costs for replacing a room key card and charged me $50 for incidentals that they then refunded me only if I brought back in the exact receipt from where they charged me the $50 when I return the key card. Felt very mistrustful. But for a quick overnight on your way somewhere else, the bed themselves were fine. I would say don't hang out at this property but if you hit it just to have a place to sleep then you're okay."

"This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes after seeing the second room, cause the first one was atrocious, I immediately grabbed my things and left.I asked for a refund. they told me that the manager of the hotel was unwilling to give me a refund.I had pictures at documentation.This hotel was absolutely uninhabitable and expedia is absolutely ridiculous for not even asking me or asking me to verify what pictures or anything that just would not give me back my money.So I probably won't be using them again either.And letting everyone that I know not to book with them"
