"So peaceful and relaxing for a one night stay. Staff very helpful, any extras required for the room, ie pillows, herbal teas, extra towels were provided on asking. Restaurant staff were very obliging in providing off-menu requests. Spa area was clean and a nice treat. A large facility to maintain and the Staff do a great job."

"Hotel reception very friendly as are housekeeping. Car park spacious and easy to get to. The hotel in general is nice and clean and in a good condition. There is a limited but free breakfast. All in all for the price, excellent value. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again."

"Disappointed this time. Booked an executive room as a treat, never upgraded before. Upon arrival the room was great, bedroom good & large bath & large walk in shower. Unfortunately the blind on the large bathroom window would not close and as we were on the top floor it was very exposed & i was concerned that when it got darker in the evening, using the facilities would be seen by the opposite buildings. I reported the blind to reception, the gentleman came & looked & it wasn't repairable so I was offered another room. The 2nd room was quite small & dark, the TV didn't work & the lamp under the TV didn't work. The bathroom sink plug didn't hold the water in & there wasn't a fitted shower, just a hand held shower. My upgraded treat wasn't to be 😞"
