"The stay was ok. The bed was terrible it felt like two beds fixed together, one was so worn out it was like sleeping in a bath. The tv wouldn’t work correctly, only half the buttons on the remote worked so we couldn’t retune the set."

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly, room clean, bed comfy and shower lovely. Tea and coffee tray good and staff happy to give us more when we asked. Tv was a good size and breakfast was delicious. Good selection of cereals, pastry, hot food, could have as much as we wanted. The only thing that let our stay down a bit this time was the WiFi. Previous stay it was great but this time we were at the end of the corridor and the signal wasn't great, it kept dropping off, even our data didn't work well in that room. If it wasn't for the WiFi then would of rated it excellent instead of good. "

"Stayed here with my son and we both really enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Beds were Comfortable and the room had everything required to make our stay comfortable. "Room was average for a Hilton. Pillowbwere excellent but the bed was hard. TV was only slightly bigger than a portable ana didn't accept my fire stick so unable to watch iPlayer etc. Poor really when you consider the cost of the rooms. Pricea in the restaurant for food was over the top. 22.50 for a steak pie is obscene. I stay for work and they pay. But I wouldn't if I was paying "

"clean room, bathroom was a bit tired/smelly and some patches of black mould on the tiles, which is sad for a suite."

"Room was tired, dirty and generally not in good order. Booked this hotel solely so i could use the pool after a long day on the road with work. Arrived to be advised it wasnt included and they wanted £14 for me have a swim. I had a matress cover that was too small squeezed over my bed making it bend up and become all out of shape ....wont be returning!!"
